Ana is Home!

After spending a couple days under the UV light in the hospital nursery, aka the tanning salon, to treat a case of jaundice, the doctor said all is well. She was discharged from the hospital Monday evening, and is now home sweet home.

I guess some of our friends couldn't wait for March Madness, so they started a pool to guess the date and time of Ana's birth. Here's an update:

So most of the dates have passed, and there are only a few left, but the time pool is still anyone's game.

Update: No Baby Yet

So...March 4th has come and gone, and still no baby. Apparently I have a very comfy cozy uterus, and Ana isn't interested in leaving it. I mean, really, she has it made in there....she's been floating around being kept warm and fed 24/7 for the last nine months (+ 4 days). The idea of being squished through a birth canal into a big room with lots of strange people and things poking her and rubbing her, and then being stuffed into clothes and having to cry to demand food every few hours probably doesn't sound very appealling.
But at any rate, our doctor doesn't like it to go more than a week past the due date, so if she hasn't come out on her own by our next appointment on Friday afternoon, the doctor is going to talk about starting an induction.
